Purpose
Bloom is committed to ethical, transparent, and accountable practices. This policy provides a clear way for stakeholders (employees, contractors, clients, partners, and community members) to raise concerns and ensure they are handled fairly and without retaliation. Grievances may be submitted anonymously, though providing contact information allows us to communicate updates and facilitate resolution.

Unfair, unsafe, discriminatory, or unethical practices

Process and timeline

Acknowledge: Receipt within 5 business days

Review: Investigation within 10 business days

Resolve: Aim to resolve within 30 business days

Communicate: Provide regular updates; confirm resolution or explain if not accepted as a grievance
Whistleblower Protections

No stakeholder will face retaliation for raising concerns in good faith

Retaliation results in corrective action (up to termination or removal from business relationships)

Protections include confidentiality, anonymous reporting, risk assessments, and measures such as reassigning reporting lines, work adjustments, independent contacts, and regular updates

Oversight
All cases are reviewed impartially, and outcomes are tracked for continuous improvement.
